Immunizations for Children

You can also create a personalized immunization schedule that shows the recommended dates for your child's immunizations based on his/her birthday. If your child has missed any shots, use the catch-up scheduler tool to see recommended vaccination dates for the missed or skipped vaccines. You can also print a record to track your child's Immunization and Development Milestones.

Make sure to talk to your child’s healthcare provider if you have any questions about your child's shots. Other sources of helpful information about immunizations can be found online at the following websites:

Immunization is an important part of keeping your child healthy. Don't wait! Make sure that your child is up-to-date on all the recommended childhood immunizations so that he or she is fully protected from preventable diseases.
