WV Adult Immunization Project

The "Take Your Best Shot:  WV Adult Immunization Project" was developed to address the problem of low vaccination rates among adults in West Virginia.  Through this project, lead agencies such as health care facilities, health departments, and other non-profits, implement strategies that will improve and sustain adult immunization rates in their communities.  

Grant applications are now being accepted for the next funding cycle of the WV Adult Immunization Project. Please click the links below to acces the application materials. 

Grant applications are due by 5pm on July 6, 2012. Applications can be submitted to elaine.darling@wvruralhealth.org or can be mailed to
